… the butt kicking that is.Wow! My heart rate was at 95% (or 185 bpm) of my max within the first 8 minutes of warm-up. My shirt was DRENCHED by the time I was in the warm up and stretches section. Compared to P90X’s Plyometrics, this is hands down way more efficient and brutal. The max heart rate I ever got from P90X was 181, and that’s towards the middle of the program. Also, Insanity’s 20 minutes shorter than P90X. And that means 20 extra minutes for me to recover from keeling over the bathroom sink while I froth in my mouth.
