Day 71: Can you believe it’s almost over?! 3 more weeks baby!
Day 72: Plyometrics never gets old. Especially the jump knee tuck sequence (OK, that guy in the video is insane. He’s going at double speed for more than a minute. By the time you reach the jump knee tuck sequence in the DVD, you’re already gasping for massive amounts of air).
Day 73: Tony said to bring it and I brought it! It feels like I pulled a muscle on my right shoulder though!
Day 74: Definitely sore and in agony. Yoga was absolutely painful.
Day 75: The pulled right shoulder is affecting my performance. Lightening up on the weights and intensity today.
Day 76: Woke up today stiff as a board. After warm up though the pain dissipates. It also helps to take 600mg of Ibuprofen.
Day 77: Ah… rest! My shoulder needs it badly. Lots of sad faces this week.
