P90X: Week 10/13 | It Starts With Ken

Tools of the Trade: The Food Scale. Since using it, it's become an indispensable tool in tracking my calorie intake. You'd be surprised how just how many calories that bowl of pasta has!

Day 64: Forgot about the one handed push ups! That killed me.

Day 65: After all these weeks, I just saw for the first time Tony hilariously collide into one of the other trainees in the video. Too often during the actual workouts you’re facing in other directions and just listening to him talk.

Day 66: Still feeling sore from Sunday’s push-up routines.

Day 67: I attempted to do the Crane for 1:30 and succeeded. Next week will try for 2 minutes.

Day 68: I know now what it means to lose some flexibility when you bulk up. Scratching my back isn’t so easy anymore. Fortunately, yoga remedies some of that trade off (with flexibility for strength).

Day 69: Of all the routines in P90X I feel like Kenpo X makes time pass by the fastest.

Day 70: Today I did my check in that I should have done on Day 60. Quite surprised with the results compared from Day 30. As Tony would say, “Results City”!
