Day 50: Recovery week couldn’t have come any sooner. 3 weeks seem to be just the right amount of time before a change in pace.
Day 51: Core work has never been this easy… er. Three weeks ago I barely was able to keep up with this routine.
Day 52: Cardio time with Tony today. He makes funny noises when he works out and even funnier lines.
Make sure your body get’s used to breathing.
Day 53: Stretch routine felt great this morning.
Day 54: Second round of core work this week. I have to admit, I am LOVING pushups.
Day 55: Decided to switch Saturday’s routine for today (Friday) since I started late. Yoga’s the longest set for P90X, running roughly 90 minutes.
Day 56: Yoga time! I was able to do crane for a full minute. Felt like I could have gone for another minute too. Yipee…
