Nothing worthwhile comes easily. Work, continuous work and hard work, is the only way to accomplish results that last.

Day 43: I’m still having issues with the one hand push ups (i.e.: I can only do 2-3, while Tony rips through them by doing at least 10). Any advice?
I also began meticulously tracking my caloric intake. I use www.myfitnesspal.com. Quite handy, especially since it syncs with my Android phone, I can track and update from anywhere.
Day 44: Average heart rate up to 153/bpm from doing plyometrics today! Boo ya!
Day 45: Almost injured my right ankle, from doing the most simple of things… stretching. It felt sore (like a sprain sore) for the next hour.
Day 46: Happy Yoga Wednesdays! Need I say more?
On a side note, according to www.myfitnesspal.com, I need to consume 2460 calories just to break even (1860 needed for day to day activities, 600 for P90X). Sadly, I’m only able to hit 1800-1900′s on most days.
Day 47: Legs and glutes (or ass). Hah! Important muscle groups to work out too!
Day 48: I’mma shadow boxer! Wished there was some possible way to put up a punching bag.
Day 49: Looked forward to today’s day off. This week seemed tough, especially since on most of the days I was in the red with my caloric intake (Recently discovered thanks to my recent tracking). Basically, it means I ate less calories than I was burning, which consequently, is actually detrimental to progress. I was constantly bonking out by 5-6 PM, having to take a nap and needing to eat an additional snack to get me by the evening.
