Day 36: One tough day! That’s all I got to say.
Day 37: I was able to up my average heart rate today to 149bpm, up from 135bpm a week ago. I see progress.
Day 38: Tony is up to no good again with his cheesy lines.
Tony: Did you get tickets?
Eric (one of the guys in the program): To where?
Tony: To this show *flexing his biceps*
Day 39: After six weeks of intense yoga, I’m now able to do the plow (amongst other things) seen here in this video!
Day 40: Today marks the first day where I don’t feel like doing the work out. Yet, I must.
Day 41: Ended up switching the workout schedule today, which resulted in me being cranky for most of the day. Did the workout in the evening instead of my regular mornings. Never again.
Day 42: Stretch! Does stretching release endorphins? Because I feel good! Ahhhh….
