For a tree to become tall it must grow tough roots among the rocks.
Day 29: One must be insane to try these one handed push-ups.
Day 30: On some days I feel like I’m making progress, and on some days I feel like I’m not. Today is one of those days where I am making progress.
Day 31: I learned another insane version of a classic exercise: Corn Cob Pull Ups. Quite simply, the mother of all pull ups. I was only able to do three, and that’s with me cheating a little with a chair.
Day 32: I think Yoga Belly Seven is a funny name for a subset of routines. Even funnier is the name for a yoga pose (Happy Baby). Not so funny however, is the actual pose itself. I feel so vulnerable while in it.
Day 33: I really need to get some more sleep. I feel like I’m lagging on this week’s routines.
Day 34: After last week’s recovery week, my entire lower body is sore and on fire again from yesterday’s workout.
Day 35: Week 5 came and went and what a tough week it was. Two new routines were added into the repertoire, and that guaranteed sore muscles for the majority of the week. Lack of sleep seriously affects performance, as I’ve noticed my own lagging for the most of the week.
