Hi everyone! Four days off from doing P90X and I’m feeling anxious to start all over again already. It’s been recommended to take a break after P90X for at least a week. The only exercise I’ve done so far has been the Fit Test to get some solid numbers for comparison. That’ll be posted up along with the full review and breakdown next time for those of you who’ve been asking me questions.
