Times are tough, saving money shouldn’t be. Although I disagree with #15 in the list (credit cards are the devil), for the most part I agree with what is being said. The reason why I disagree with #15 is because in this day and age, we need that credit history to make those big purchases. One of the important ways to build that history is through credit cards. No way around it.

If it were me, #15 should be ‘Be responsible with credit and practice self discipline’. What do you think, do you have additional tips to share on how to cut back on expenses? Please share in the comments below.
